Welcome to Sport Exchange Market (SxM) – a game of skill where football meets trading. Here’s a simple guide to how the game works, how we measure performance, and what you need to know to play fairly and competitively.

Your Profile
To participate, sign up and make sure your profile includes:
» Your country of residence
» Your favourite team
» A nickname of your choice
Tip 02
Starting Balance
» Each player begins the season with a virtual playing (non-real) €10,000 in the wallet
» This is your total capital to buy and sell shares of football teams in our market
» Your performance is based on how much value you generate from this starting point
Tip 03
Shares & Portfolio Limits
» You can buy and sell shares in any team on the platform
» The maximum you can hold is 50 shares per team, at any given time
» This encourages a more diverse portfolio and keeps the competition balanced
Tip 04
Playing Schedule
» This is a season-long game with additional monthly, weekly, and daily competitions built into it
» The season usually ends in May, once all leagues and competitions on SxM conclude
» The month follows the calendar month
» The SxM playing week runs from Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 UK time (00:00 to 23:59 GMT/BST)
» The day is measured by UK time (00:00 to 23:59 GMT/BST)
Tip 05
Leaderboard & Winners
Your ranking is based on the total value of your portfolio (wallet + shares).
» Daily, weekly, and monthly leaderboard movements are measured by % change in your total value (day to day, week to week, month to month)
» In case of a tie, the player with more transactions during the period ranks higher
